Family Tree Mural

A long time in the planning, I finally got around to painting our Family Tree.  Our family is spread far and wide.  We wanted to make sure our kids know who everyone is, past and present, even if they never meet some of them.

Theo's Trucks-n-Stuff

Mural for a 2 year old boy's brand new bedroom.  His loves in the past have included hot air balloons and currently, monster trucks.

Corinne's Squares

Step one of a mural for my older daughter's room.  The most difficult part is the measuring and planning.  Eventually we will be painting line-drawing dogs in some of the squares.

Lily's Ladybugs

I wanted something to fill up a lot of blank wall space in my daughter's bedroom in our new house, but she's at a somewhat transitional age, so I didn't want to dedicate too many hours to the project.  I decided to duplicate some of the designs from her bedspread.

Craft room Striped Wall

I wanted to do something fun as an accent wall in my craft room.  This was my first time experimenting with a taping-off paint technique (also the upper wall is magnetic paint).

Cora's Bunnies & Bugs

All the flowers and the 3 butterflies above were painted to match this bedding set:

Bunnies hopping over the crib, to match big brother Chase's frogs in this mural.

Ocean Themed Fish Party

I was in charge of our town's Family Association winter party, which was fish themed. I painted a two-sided mural for kids to stick their face through for picture taking.

Daisy Garden Mural

Mural for newborn twin girls (apologies for the weird lighting; my camera's flash was broken at the time). The client just wanted a few flowers around the room to match this curtain she had purchased:

Horse/ Unicorn/ Pony Mural

For an 8 year old girl who was very specific

about the colors she wanted for the horses.

Swinging Cat mural

Mural for a small playroom. The client wanted to add a couple images from the room's curtains onto the wall. Her budget was $45.

Lily's Garden

This is the mural that I painted for my youngest daughter. Photos start at wall opposite the door and go counterclockwise around the room.(notice the presence of Seven, our Australian Shepherd)
